RA at Temple University

The Ellman lab in the Psychology and Neuroscience Department at Temple University is seeking a full-time research assistant to work on a large, multi-site study examining clinical and biological risk factors for psychosis. This position will involve collecting and managing data, managing recruitment for these studies, and administering semi-structured clinical interviews and cognitive tasks, and will also involve collecting biomarker data (e.g., EEG and MRI).

We are seeking an organized, enthusiastic candidate with some background working with clinical populations (past work with individuals experiencing psychotic symptoms is preferred, but not required). The position requires some experience collecting biomarker data, such as brain imaging, EEG, or psychophysiological data collection. The research assistant also will have opportunities to be involved in other studies conducted in the lab, which are mostly focused on developmental risk factors for psychosis, with a particular emphasis on prenatal and adolescent/young adult periods.
